少熬夜,早睡是养肾精第一要事,夜晚藏精,白天大脑才有精力;

少思虑,不纠结琐事,减少精神内耗,给大脑留白,就是护髓;

常闭目,每天闭眼静养几分钟,让心神收敛,气血回流滋养脑髓;

适度动,温和舒展身体,促进气血循环,让精微物质濡养大脑;

节用智,不长期高强度用脑,张弛有度,不让大脑超负荷运转;

Digital dementia hits: poor memory and slow reactions. In addition to eating health care products, traditional Chinese medicine's "brain-and-mind" approach works better

A 28-year-old girl told me she had "brain fog" - she couldn't remember words in meetings, forgot when she spoke, and reacted half a second more slowly than her colleagues. I've been taking the supplements for six months and haven't felt much. I taped her pulse, and it was weak.“According to Chinese medicine, 'the bones of the kidney form the marrow, and the marrow accumulates into the brain'. From this perspective, poor brain function may not be just a matter of the brain, but the'renal sperm' state at the bottom of the body is signaling. Health care products are superficial, but what if they can be adjusted in the direction of'relieve the kidney and fill the marrow'?”She looked at me suspiciously.

Nowadays, "digital dementia" is no longer exclusive to old age, and young people appear in a cluster: the words they just said turn around and forget, the meaning they want to express is blocked for half a day, they think long enough and feel dizzy, and their focus is like being withdrawn. A lot of people eat brain supplements, but the effect is very little, not because it is useless, but because the direction is wrong.

The brain is a sea of marrow, and a healthy brain does not complement the marrow, which is ultimately a cure for the symptoms rather than the root cause.

I. The most intractable supplement is the "marrow" of the body.

Many of the brain health supplements on the market focus on supplementing the surface nutrients, which can relieve temporary brain fatigue, but cannot fill the myelin sea of long-term overstretch.

Long-term staying up late, high frequency use of the brain, internal emotional drain, a little bit of depletion of kidney sperm, a lack of kidney semen leaves the myocampus empty, and the brain is like a sponge without water, naturally having poor memory and a blunt response.

Strengthening the brain is preceded by strengthening the marrow, strengthening the kidney is preceded, and the foundation of the feet and brain is only luminous.

II. In the digital age, everyone is quietly depleting their marrow

Every day, facing an electronic screen, information is fragmented, the brain is constantly tense, thoughts are constant, and the kidneys are depleted. Sedentary, ill-blooded, and unable to nurture the myelin sea; In addition to staying up late and overspending and eating poorly, kidney deficiency has become the norm.

It's not that you've become dumb, it's that your myeloid sea has been slowly emptied out by life.

Excessive use of mental retardation is never forgetfulness, but the body is seeking respite.

III. Traditional Chinese Medicine for Brain Health does not rely on heavy supplementation, but on slow maintenance

TCM says that filling the brain is never dependent on nourishing products, but instead follows the laws of the body, slowly nourishes the roots, is gentle and not intentional, and can be adhered to every day.

Instead of pursuing immediate results, we should focus on a long-term flow of fine water, gradually replenish the exhausted renal sperm, fill the myelin sea, and naturally dissipate the brain fog.

The most advanced way to build a brain is to not harm, consume less, and nourish it often.

IV. Daily maintenance of the brain is simple and easy to do without cost

Without complex conditioning, avoid excessive consumption, and do small things, you can stabilize your spirit and nourish your brain marrow.

Staying up late at night and going to bed early is the first thing to preserve your renal gland, and hiding sperm at night is necessary for your brain to have energy during the day.

Staying up late is draining the kidney sperm, and losing the brain marrow, which is much slower to recover than it is consumed.

Being less anxious, not obsessing with trivial tasks, reducing mental exhaustion, and whitening the brain is to protect the marrow;

When God is safe, he is strong, and when he is strong the heart is full, the heart is quieter, and the brain is clearer.

Always close your eyes, close your eyes and rest for a few minutes every day, so that your mind and spirit can rest, and the blood and air will flow back to nourish your brain marrow.

Close your eyes is nourishing God, nourishing God is nourishing the brain, simple but most effective.

Move in moderation, gently stretch the body, promote the circulation of air and blood, and let the fine substances nurture the brain.

Movement allows the blood and blood to flow, and when the blood and the blood are flowing, the marrow is filled, the body is alive, and the brain is not stiff.

Use your brain sparingly, don't use your brain at high intensity for a long time, relax your brain appropriately, and don't let your brain overload.

Using the brain with a degree of intensity is what protects the brain, and making hard efforts will only accelerate the damage.

V. The best brain health is not consumption and supplemented by maintenance.

The so-called digital dementia, brain fog, and poor memory are not irreversible diseases, but the body reminds you that it is time to stop and take care of it.

Health supplements can rejuvenate nutrition, but they cannot rejuvenate the depleted kidneys. Outside forces can help you refresh, but they can't help the empty sea.

True brain health is never supplementation, but less consumption, rest, and timeliness.

After maintaining the kidneys and filling the myelin sea, memory, reaction, and spirit will come back slowly.

May everyone who is plagued by brain fog can put aside the obsession with health products, read the body's signals, and strengthen the brain in the most gentle way.

A clear mind, a stable heart, and a full spirit are the rarest states.

He was a chief physician at the Traditional Chinese Medicine Outpatient Clinic of the former Capital Medical University. He graduated from Hebei Medical University and has devoted 25 years to clinical practice and research in traditional Chinese medicine oncology. He is the third generation of the academic lineage of Guan You-bo, a master of traditional Chinese medicine and a renowned expert in liver diseases, and Jia Shu-de, a master of rheumatology. He studied under Chen Yong, a well-known elderly traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in the liver disease department of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated to the Capital Medical University. He has gained extensive knowledge and experience through many years of study and practice.

I. Academic Thought and Diagnostic/Therapeutic Specialties

As a scholar specializing in systematized innovation in the field of traditional Chinese medicine oncology, I pioneered the core academic system of “steady state anti-cancer.” I proposed a transition from the paradigm of “using poison to counter poison” to “steady state harmony,” with the general principles of “balancing Yin and Yang, eliminating evil and detoxifying, and protecting and reinforcing healthy qi.” Grounded in the concept of “healthy qi resides within” from the Huangdi Neijing, I clarified that tumors are localized manifestations of overall imbalance. By regulating the qi and blood of internal organs, improving the “cancer state” constitution, and disrupting the microenvironment of tumors, we can achieve high-quality survival with a tumor present, thereby establishing a value orientation of “people-centeredness and prioritizing life” for the treatment of advanced and late-stage tumors.

Clinical construction of the “diagnosis + syndrome differentiation + constitution identification” three-step precise diagnosis and treatment model, integration of cancer-specific treatments and “Shang Tang classic prescription classification therapy,” Guan Youbo’s ten-category syndrome differentiation method, and Jiao Shude’s academic thoughts, innovation of the “easy-to-learn traditional Chinese medicine dialectical philosophical thinking mode” and the application of symbolic number and five-element constitution; adhering to the principles of moderation and balance, combining attack and supplementation, and protecting the stomach qi, maintaining comprehensive and coordinated treatment throughout the entire cycle, balancing mind and body, and achieving personalized, low-injury, and long-term benefits in cancer diagnosis and treatment.

II. Scholarly and Research Achievements

Co-authored monographs: “Liang Shi-jie’s Traditional Chinese Medicine for Cancer Treatment” and “Shang Tang’s Classification Therapy Based on Classical Prescriptions”; both have been registered for national copyright protection.

Patent for invention: One national patent for the invention of “Sanhua Wu Zi Li Bai San” for the treatment of lung cancer.

Academic Papers: Published numerous high-value academic papers in the field of oncology, including “The Treatment of 20 Cases of Advanced-Stage Lung Cancer with Ancient Formula Qinglong Pill.”

III. Academic Positions

Member of the Chinese Cancer Association.

Member, Expert Committee on Traditional Chinese Medicine Cancer Prevention and Treatment, China Medical Promotion Association, Ministry of Health.

IV. Recognition and Influence

He has been awarded the title of “Expert in Traditional Medicine” at the Eighth Symposium of the Medicine Saint Zhongniang of Nanyang, the Outstanding Award for Medical Writing at the First Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei “Bian Que Cup” Symposium on Yan-Zhao Medicine, and the First Prize for Medical Scholarship by the Ministry of Health. His academic achievements have been featured in prestigious journals such as “China’s Elite” and “Contemporary Scientists.” He is a highly respected expert in the field of traditional Chinese medicine oncology, known for his comprehensive theoretical framework, distinctive academic characteristics, and proven clinical efficacy.

V. Areas of Expertise

Thyroid cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, lung cancer, pulmonary nodules, breast cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, intestinal cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, lymphoma, brain tumors, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, and other various advanced and late-stage benign and malignant tumors, as well as post-operative rehabilitation, radiation and chemotherapy to reduce toxicity and enhance efficacy, and prevention of recurrence and metastasis, among other complex conditions.
